The revival of Double Diamond, an iconic British beer originally brewed by Allsopp’s, was developed in collaboration with Alec Tear, who led the brand and packaging design. The project centred on establishing the visual art direction and producing a suite of highly crafted 3D renders that defined the brand’s presence across campaign and launch materials. Drawing on the nostalgic language of Double Diamond’s historic advertising (including airbrushed finishes, bloom effects, grainy textures, and halation) these techniques were reinterpreted through a contemporary lens. The result is a bold yet refined visual world that honours the brand’s mid-century heritage while projecting it with clarity and impact for today’s audience.
